Request your return within 30 days of delivery. Keep pieces unused, with original packaging and tags, and contact us before posting. Return postage is paid by you.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Bonds jewellery ships free, with tracking and no minimum spend, to our 70 supported destinations. Allow 24–48 business hours for preparation, then usually 3–9 business days after dispatch. Exceptional delays can take 10–15 business days. Your destination must be available at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Your dispatch email contains the tracking link. Updates may take a little time to appear after handover to the carrier. Email support@horusfashion.com with your order number if you need help.
How do the 30-day Bonds returns work?
Contact support@horusfashion.com within 30 days of delivery to request your Bonds return. Pieces must be unused, in their original condition, with packaging and tags. Wait for the authorised return address before posting.
Who pays for a return, and when is it refunded?
Return postage is paid by you; we do not provide prepaid labels. After receipt and inspection, eligible refunds are issued within 7 days to the original payment method; bank times vary. For two or more units of the same item, the policy provides an 80% refund of the amount paid. Express surcharges and applicable customs or handling fees may be excluded.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@horusfashion.com immediately. The policy allows a 10-minute window after ordering, provided processing has not begun. Once preparation starts, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.
Will I pay import duties or taxes?
Our shipping policy states that we cover import duties and taxes, with no additional charge on delivery. If a carrier requests payment, contact support@horusfashion.com before paying.
