Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed the same day or the next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Delivery Time

Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our logistics partners for shipment.

  • Standard Delivery: 3 to 9 business days (in most regions)

  • Extended Delivery: 10 to 15 business days (due to customs inspection, adverse weather, or peak demand periods)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link to monitor its progress at any time.
