Cancellation Policy

At HORUS, every order matters. We strive to process and ship your purchases quickly and efficiently.
That’s why cancellations are only possible under specific conditions.


Can I Cancel My Order?

We allow cancellations within 24 hours of purchase or as long as the tracking number has not yet been generated/received.

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners for preparation, it may already be in processing or shipping, making cancellation impossible at this stage.


Why Orders Cannot Be Cancelled After Processing

Our system is designed to reduce delays, especially for international deliveries. Orders are sent directly to the warehouse shortly after purchase to:

  • Accelerate shipping;

  • Reduce errors;

  • Minimise delivery times.

Therefore, if your order has already been processed, prepared, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.


What If I No Longer Want the Item?

If you change your mind while your order is already in progress, you can:

  • Allow the package to be delivered;

  • Request a return within 14 days of receipt, according to our Returns Policy.

Once your return is received and verified, we will issue a refund if all eligibility conditions are met.


Key Points to Remember

  • No cancellations are accepted due to wrong size, change of mind, or delivery delays, especially if the parcel has already been shipped.

  • Please check your order details carefully before confirming purchase (product, size, colour, shipping address).
