4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email — this email does not constitute final acceptance.

We may cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Pricing or description errors;

  • Payment issues or suspected fraud.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT or applicable taxes where required.

  • Klarna (where available)

  • Local payment methods depending on region

All payments are securely processed. We do not store any card details.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer international shipping from our logistics centres located in the United States, Brazil and Asia.

Delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events or circumstances beyond our control.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item, in accordance with the European Consumer Rights Directive and other international regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and in their original packaging;

  • With all original tags and seals intact.

8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed.
After this period, the order will be in processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on horusthelabel.com (including images, logos, text and design) is the property of HORUS THE LABEL and is protected under international copyright laws.

Any reproduction or use of content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HORUS THE LABEL shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profit or data;

  • Injuries, allergic reactions or skin sensitivities related to product use.
